How do I place my order?

For Custom Orders, use these steps:

  1. Select the product with the options you would like. (size, style, etc.)
  2. Click the Add To Cart button
  3. Look for the Note to Seller note or Additional Information section box, and input your information for customization there.  You can also email these details to me after your order, via:shop@swapth.at
  4. Complete the checkout
  5. Watch for your proof which will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after we receive your custom order.  You will need to review and approve, or request revisions after receiving your art proof.


For Non-Custom Orders, use these steps:

  1. Click the Add To Cart button
  2. Complete the checkout
  3. If you need any personalization added to any non-custom artwork in our shop, please either order from this custom link, or reach out to me via email and I’ll be happy to assist you here. 
Do you offer custom designs?  What can be personalized?

Swap That Studio does offer custom individual orders. If customization is different than what is mentioned in the product description. You can send a mail regarding a full custom order at: shop@swapth.at mentioning the text or your unique request.

NOTE: If you’ve ordered a non-custom order, where it makes no mention of it being customizable, there would be an extra cost associated with customizing your order.

How to use the printable?

After purchase, you can directly download your files if it is an Instant Download. Other custom files are dispatched to you by EMAIL only. You simply download them, print them, cut them, and frame it accordingly – For personal use only!

What materials do I need for printables?

In most cases, you need no more than a printer and white card stock paper! A double-sided tape, craft knife, laminate sheet, ruler, hot glue, lollipop sticks, hole puncher, string, frame, or ribbon may also be required depending on the files you purchased.

When will my printables be sent to me?

Instant Download Printables are emailed to you automatically and you will be able to download them immediately after your payment is processed and received. The current turnaround time for custom / personalized orders is 48 business hours of payment AND of custom text/ideas received. For quicker delivery, please inquire about a quote and availability before making a purchase.

HELP! I can’t see my files.

Please check your spam bin before contacting me. More often than not, they are there. If you still don’t have your files, simply email me with a copy of your payment transaction page, and I’ll forward them to you.

How do I print the printable files?

The printables are emailed to you in JPEG as well as in PDF format. You can use FREE Adobe Reader software to open, customize the text (only for specific EDITABLE files) and print at home or you can also print at a professional printer – Please ensure you do a test print first to check the colors of their printers is not too saturated! ANY desktop printer does the job. I always recommend you do a test print well in advance especially before your party to ensure you are familiar with the designs and templates.

The colors of printed items do not match the colors of the printables on the screen! What do I do?

Please note colors may vary depending on the PC monitor you use to view them on screen, and the colors of each printer due to toner variations and saturation in color output, as well as paper quality and type. I always recommend you do a test print well in advance especially for your party to ensure you are familiar with the designs and templates, and always print on 100% quality. You can perhaps try to compensate for this by adjusting saturation color levels on your printer toner.

If you are still not happy, we can change the colors for you at an additional fee. Please ask for a quote.

What paper do you recommend for printing my printables on?

In most cases, I use standard A4 (8.5″ x 11″) bright, white cardstock available from most craft stores. Another option is also to print on matte photo paper, fabric transfer paper, or anything else you like!

Do you use clipart, graphics, or images in your designs?

Yes, any clipart, images, or graphics used in my printable designs have been either purchased with a commercial use license or are used within the rules and policies of the artist or graphic designer.

Can you ship the printables ready-printed or ready-cut to me?

I am currently only working with printable designs and templates which are emailed to the email address you provided at check out. Swap That Studio does NOT print any printable items. Swap That Studio does NOT ship any printable items by mail or post.

NOTE: NO PHYSICAL ITEM (s) will be printed or shipped.

Can you use my printable for commercial use?

No, unfortunately, my printable stickers are for personal use only. Please DO NOT re-distribute, offer them as freebies to others or use them for commercial purposes.
